    Dominique is a trainer/coach who creates a safe and relaxed atmosphere within the group. She does this by listening attentively, observing non-verbal behavior, and providing feedback on what she sees. She adapts the program using methods that suit the situation and the needs of the moment. Dominique is pleasant to work with, energetic, sensitive, and genuinely interested. With personal growth for the participants as her goal, she is clear in her feedback, confronts where necessary, and provides concrete exercises to reflect on one's own thinking and actions.
