The systemic perspective
Making the undercurrent visible and open for discussion.
I see you!
In organizations, we are accustomed to approaching issues analytically: we look for causes, analyze behavior, and devise solutions. This is valuable and often effective until problems keep recurring or cannot be logically explained.
The systemic view adds a different perspective. Instead of looking only at the what and the why, a systemic view focuses on the whole: the interrelationships, patterns, and undercurrents that influence behavior and collaboration. Whereas the analytical view primarily seeks to explain and solve, the systemic view helps to see what is at play within the system as a whole and what is needed to bring about change.
It is precisely in the combination of both that real impact is created.
