This 12-day trainer training course is for trainers, coaches, team trainers, and professionals who want to make more impact. You will learn to facilitate groups, work with group dynamics, and utilize systemic interventions. In doing so, you develop not only your skills as a trainer but also yourself as an instrument.
An excellent trainer knows how to bring energy and safety to a group, how to handle tension and resistance, how to help people learn and transform, and all of this in a way that suits you perfectly.

I have delivered many training sessions and coached teams over the past few years. What struck me time and again is the vast difference between trainers who primarily share knowledge and trainers who truly engage a group through their presence and style.

Dominique is the resident trainer for this trainer training program. She has over 15 years of experience as a team trainer for complex and long-term team processes. She is trained in systemic methods and has worked for several major training agencies. For the past ten years, she has been working independently for companies, teams, and individuals via www.dominiquecordier.nl.
