Using voice dialogue for team development

Active learning opportunities for environmental protection and in collaboration with Self-constellations? Yes, that is certainly possible! I used to always use this method for 1-on-1 coaching, but increasingly often I conduct individual self-constellations for all team members in a team session as part of team development.

This method immediately provides 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗶𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗷𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗼𝗸 He is happy, because they get to know a lot about each other in a short time.

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲…

  • Your own theater of the selves.
  • The cat and mouse game between your own thoughts.
  • Which 'selves' are driving your bus?
  • Which 'I' do you use during your leadership?
  • Which ones serve your leadership, or perhaps no longer do?
  • Which one should I tone down a bit?

Oh dear, I could write and talk about this for hours. I find the 'me game' a constant challenge. My "I want to inspire me" is completely absorbed by this.

Dus for you as a team leader –> dare to use this coaching method for team development as well; it will certainly pay off!

And for you as people –> know your own selves and be aware of the behaviors and thoughts that drive a 'self'.

And the great thing about this method is: you are in control.

You can steer your own selves a little more, or give them a somewhat quieter or even louder voice.
