Letting go of patterns and integrating

I see you!

Letting go of a deeply rooted pattern is not easy. It begins with becoming aware of the patterns and what sustains them, and gaining insight into where the patterns originated.

What are they for?

What are these people looking for?
What happens when we let this slide?
How can we create new opportunities that we Now start and what we want to go on?

These are deeper, underlying systemic questions that can set the team in motion. If participants feel safe and are willing to embrace vulnerability and openness, these conversations can ensure that a team actually starts making progress.

And not only the team, but the organization as a whole is also making progress.

But how do you do this?
In my training to become an excellent trainer, I teach you how to work with systemic exercises and questions to bring the undercurrent further to the surface.
